PA 201 LEGAL RESEARCH AND WRITING I

A practical approach to developing and improving basic legal research skills and legal writing ability. Assignments will require students to use a variety of primary and secondary sources found on-line and in a law libraries. As their research skills develop, students will become involved in drafting legal documents with an emphasis on proper legal style and clear, accurate, and precise presentations.
