Examines race, ethnicity, and immigration in the United States from a sociological perspective. This course will address major sociological theories on race, ethnicity, immigration, and assimilation. Topics may include historical and contemporary experiences, prejudice, discrimination, and public policy. 3 Credits Prerequisite: SO 101
