SO 228 GENDER AND SEXUALITY This course examines the social determinants and consequences of gender and sexuality at the individual and societal levels. Emphasizes the historical and contemporary context of gender roles, gender identities, sexual identities, cultural attitudes about gender and sexuality, and major theories of gender inequality. Lecture: 3 hours per week. 3 Credits. Prerequisite: EN 101 or equivalent
