Division of Humanities & Social Sciences

This program is the equivalent of the freshman and sophomore years of a Bachelor of Arts program at a fouryear college or university. Students gain a broad knowledge of the arts, literature, history, psychology, social sciences, science, and mathematics. In addition, students develop writing and speaking competencies, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Upon successful completion, the Associate in Arts Degree in Liberal Arts is awarded.
