ES 105 LISTENING AND SPEAKING



This course is designed for intermediate and advanced English learners who wish to improve their listening, speaking, and pronunciation skills. Students develop fluency and accuracy in English by discussing academic, career, and global topics of interest. Activities may include listening to podcasts, reading and analyzing texts, problem solving in groups, participating in simulations, and giving oral presentations. Depending on the program of study, students may apply for up to 6 credits of ES courses to fulfill humanities, liberal arts, or program elective requirements. Lecture: 3 hours per week. 3 Credits
