IN 104 INTERIOR DESIGN WITH CAD/AUTOCAD

Introduces students to the AutoCAD software as a tool to present and document designs. Emphasis is placed on editing drawings, layering, templates, dimensioning, text, and printing. In addition, strong emphasis is placed on drafted quality and printed readability of all documents. Students will translate floor plans, elevations, and sections from a previously hand drafted project in AutoCAD to produce a set of working drawings for their portfolio. 3 Credits Prerequisite: IN 102
