PN 122 Medical Surgical Nursing II



This course examines the skills necessary to provide practical nursing care to patients across the life span that have common health problems. Basic human needs are the framework for the course content. Nursing information and skills are presented in classroom, laboratory, clinical area, and clinical conference settings. Students utilize critical thinking and the nursing process as the basis for delivery of safe practical nursing care. Students care for patients with common health problems in acute care clinical settings. 7 Credits Credits
