AY 110 AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICITY Introduces the student to the fundamentals of electricity, magnetism, and basic electronics. The course is designed to develop familiarity with basic concepts and theories and to develop a working knowledge of both the circuits that control the car and the component parts necessary for its operation. Emphasis is placed on locating and interpreting specifications, electrical testing, and the use of meters and test equipment. This course will include an introduction to starting and charging systems with an introduction to automotive electronics.
