SO 222 AGING AND SOCIETY



An introduction to the study of late life, which promotes awareness of the theoretical, biological, cultural, and historical variables of aging. Topics include: biological, psychological, and cultural factors in the aging process, work vs. retirement, and public policy as it relates to the senior population. Lecture: 3 hours per week. 3 Credits Pre-Requisites: SO 101
