SX 130 PRINCIPLES OF SURGICAL TECHNOLOGY III



This course is a continuation of SX 120. It emphasizes specialty procedures, e.g. cardiothoracic, neuro surgery, oral and maxillofacial, ophthalmic procedures, otorhynolaryngologic surgery, and transplants. Students wil now move through all specialties. Students will sit for the NBSTA Certification exam. Lecture: 3 hours per week. Clinical: 24 hours per week. Prerequisite: SX 120 7 Credits Prerequisite: SX120
