AY 221 HEATING, A/C, AND CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEMS

This course will prepare the student to diagnose and repair malfunctions and perform maintenance tasks on the heating, air conditioning and climate control systems. Students will be made aware of the licensing requirements concerning air conditioning repair and the laws governing CFCs. Knowledge or R-134-A and R-12 systems and recovery and recycling procedures will be covered. Lecture: 1 credit. Lab: 2 credits. Total: 75 hours. 3 Credits Prerequisites: AY 120 and AY 125
